[Freegis-list] NCAR Graphics Version 4.2.1 now available

Greetings,

As Jan mentioned in a previous message, NCAR Graphics Version 4.2.1
has just been released under the GPL. We felt that the LGPL (which
NCAR Graphics Version 4.2 was under) was a bit too restrictive for our
users, so after much discussion, we decided to go with the GPL.

This new version contains some new climate divisions in our map
database, as well as minor bug fixes.
