[Freegis-list] Site-changes settled

Hi all,

after a couple of weeks of more intensive
work on the FreeGIS site many planned changes
are implemented and the new structure/navigation
is settled now.

There will be a couple of minor changes when
I find the time. 

I hope you like the new site and find it helpful.
Please report any error or what you are missing.

I will now spend my FreeGIS time primarily for
a new release of the FreeGIS CD.
