Hi -

I never realized there was an email list associated with FreeGIS until
Bernhard contacted me yesterday about this. I've added in a license to the
code, I chose the MIT License. I also added in links to a WMS cookbook
written by Rob Raskin at JPL and to the GSDI cookbook which contains more
than just WMS info.


(note, I'm making this look like a reply so it fits into the thread, I
actually cut Felipe's message off the archives and pasted it in here since I
was not on the list until today.)
