[Freegis-list] personal geodatabase format

How do you figure SDE geometry format is open? The only reference is a 
couple lines on a ancient web page about the compression scheme. It's 
not exactly a spec document :)

Anyhow, no, personal geodatabase is not a published format. Like most 
proprietary formats you are free to reverse engineer it to your hearts 
content.
