[Freegis-list] Lingis whereabouts

Hi

Anyone know what happened to the Lingis project or whether it's likely to make a comeback? Posting here as the most recent announcement from the project I am interested in GIS software RPMs for SuSE (10, 10.1), particularly Postgis and MapGuide Open Source. 

If Lingis is no more, and RPMs for these do not exist somewhere else (that I've been unable to find so far!), I am able to provide hosting and possibly technical resource to help develop and maintain SuSE RPMs, maybe as an APT-RPM repository.
