[Freegis-list] lyr to mapserver

Hello,

I would need a tool to convert arcmap-Files (shapefiles with  
.lyr-Files) to umn-mapserver mapfiles. Is there a way doing this without 
ArcMap?  
(I know Amein for ArcMap).

Any hints?
