Starting with 'FreeGIS Montly News'?

Jan,

I honestly don't think it is a great idea to have authorship of the whole
thing rotate if the goal is consistency of delivery and content.  However,
I think whoever edits it could/should solicit "features" from different
folks.  I would certainly be willing to contribute a feature on occasion.
