Feedback on new.freegis.org, homepage one which I prefer.

firefox 1.0

The page scrolls in all browsers, can we
	shorten the first homepage the left side last changes and the 60
	entries to 40 or so?

There is some lost space between the first yellow box
and "last changes", can we move the lower stuff up a bit?

The mission statement seems too prominently placed to me, 
it also is not brief enough. We could move it to a page with
"mission statement".
