Subject: gpx2shp should be listed in the software section

The gpx2shp project, available from
<URL: http://sourceforge.jp/projects/gpx2shp/ >, should be listed
in the software section.  It converts GPX files to Shape files,
making it easy to visualize the GPS data in GIS tools.
