Subject: Should include free cities location database

The list of free GIS data sources should include a list of
cities.  I'm aware of two such lists, but suspect there are more
lists available.

The largest list is
<URL: http://www.maxmind.com/download/worldcities/ >, with the
location of a lot of cities, towns and smaller locations.

Next, there is
<URL: http://mappinghacks.com/data/cities.txt > containing less
locations, but includes information about the population.

Both would be nice to have available in the Geo-Data section.
