I'd like to introduce Tiki CMS/Groupware to you.

Tiki is a powerful Open Source Content Management System and Groupware. Tiki CMS/Groupware has all the classic CMS/portal features but also has some features not yet available in other CMS/portal/groupware applications. Highly configurable & modular, all the features are optional and administered via a web-based interface.

Major features include articles, forums, newsletters, blogs, a file/image gallery, a Wiki, drawing, trackers, a directory, polls/surveys and quizzes, a FAQ, chat, a banner management system, Webmail, a calendar, Ephemerids, maps, charts, Mobile Tiki (PDA and WAP access), RSS feeds, a category system, a theme control center, workflow, live support, Shoutbox, ACLs, and more.
