Next generation of freegis.org planned

Hi FreeGIS Team,

luckily we now have a student who's task is to
create the third generation of the freegis.org
portal.

Major tasks are to overhaul the database model and
to develop a real 2-step editorial web-interface for new
entries or updates/changes for external people.

Most of the issues listed at http://freegis.org/todo.en.html
are to be tackled, too.

Hope that many other issues get ironed out as well.
