This .NET GPS library for Pocket PC is released as OpenSource under GNU GPL (which I guess makes it free under the GNU definitions). 
Therefore I would much like to see it listed on freegis.org.

I'm also working on releasing a similar ASP.NET library that acts as a WMS client, but I'll get back to you on this when I get the time to brush it off.

What a shame that so few .NET projects are OpenSource. Let's do something about it :-)
