Subject: Make old links work and understandable URL for entries

It would be nice to have a more understandable URL for freegis entries.
It used to be 

http://www.freegis.org/details.en.html?name=kdem
http://www.freegis.org/details.en.html?name=3D+Graphical+Map+Viewer

Those do get an error now, they should be reenabled or this request
should be redirected as search if they cannot be reenabled.

Currently (3rd generation) the url is not understandable for the user:
http://www.freegis.org/database/viewobj?obj=167

It is better to present one that is understandable.
