Mailing list for new entries

Hi,

I think it makes sense to introduce a mailing list
where all changes in the FreeGIS database are
sent automatically. This was requested now
multiple times.

Perhaps freeegis-updates at freegis.org
ist an appropriate name?

Let me know what you think about such a mailing list.

BTW: I added a link this team mailing list on the
navigation of freegis.org. The new mailing list
would appear there as well.
