SCAP-Java is a free, open source application programmed in Java, under the CeCill licence (http://www.cecill.info).

The application takes mif/mid cartographic files and it's main goal is to help producting thematic maps of two kinds : choropleths (colored polygons) and proportionnal symbols. The maps produced can be exported in pdf format.
