HOWTO for recategorization of FreeGIS-entries,

Hello FreeGIS-team,

as mentioned in the  protocoll of our first IRC-meeting[1] a HOWTO for
vollunteers to update the categories was needed. In the meantime I have
written up a few notes how to start to recategorize:

1) Edit Object: begin in alphabetical order (start from A)
2) check all entries for correctness:
  * Links
  * Screenshots
  * Version
3) write usefull comment which should descrive
  * if it was recategorized (keyword: RECAT)
  * or of it was updated AND recategorized
  * go on with >>Ready
4) description of the program; both en and de should be
   available
  * go on with >>Ready 
5) Recategorization, go on with >>Ready 
6) Leave links off, just go on with >> Ready.
7) you are done.


Hope this is usefull for all!

If you would like to start working on that, please inform this list
about the letter you chose so that we can see which is done and which
is worked on.
