Sorry, for not answering for such a long time:
4th of July would be OK with me. I only have a problem if the meeting is too 
early. I would be glad, if it could be not earlier than 18 pm european time 
(don't know what this is in UTC, sorry). If this is definitely not possible I 
could try to attend the meeting earlier as well but this would probably be 
interupted from time to time.
