Subject: SVG2MIF

SVG2MIF is a tool that converts SVG vector drawings to a MIF/MID GIS layer. It allows that manual digitization with opensource vector drawing tools can be imported into opensource GIS software.

An archive containing a win32 exe, the jar source code and a readme.html file is available there :

The software is placed under the CeCILL V.2 licence. CeCILL v.2 is a free software license, explicitly compatible with the GNU GPL.
