I would like to encourage all to change the "importance" of each entry in a 
way that the importance ranges from 1 to 100. Background: In the past 
different scales for the importance have been applied so that some of the 
values range from 1 to 100, others from 1 to 1000. When we touch all entries 
anyway we should do this part of rework as well.

Since I am now in vacation I have a bit time to do some of the 
recategorization work. Since Georg already took A-D I will now start with 
letter E now and  inform you how far I proceeded as soon as I have finished 
work this evening.
