Subject: start broblem

Hello,
I can't start with grass 6.4.0. my way: GRASS 6.4.SVN with MSYS-set way to 
dataset... 

and i have this report 

 File "C:\GRASS\etc\wxpython\gui_modules\gcmd.py", line 449, in GetError

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0x80 in position 18: 
unexpect                                                                                                                                  
ed code byte
Error in GUI startup. If necessary, please
report this error to the GRASS developers.

Please, give me any advises, what i need to do. Thanks.
