as all other files are new from you, feel free to change them and add the 
headers even in trunk.

We should all switch to LGPL version 2.1 with the change address of the FSF 
anyway,  so all headers could reflect this.
I will do the change if you like, but you can do this as well if you want
to progress this. ;)
