Subject: updates for geoserver, geotools, and udig

Hey, I was just dropping a line to get some updates in the java geo world.  GeoServer
is at 1.3.0-beta3 (maybe call it the development branch?  Though 98% of our effort
is going there).  UDIG is at 1.0-RC4 (it has not been updated since 0.8, they've
done massive amounts of work since then, much faster rendering, more data formats,
full feature editing, ect.).  And GeoTools just came out with 2.1M4, which both
projects use and have been contributing to extensively.
