The main propuse is to share with other users gps tracks for the africa country
of Angola, the project is in final stage of implemetantion. But it will bee fully
fuctional soon.

Hello,
I haven't found any hint on the license for the data tracks.
Can you point me to a respective web page?
Also, your project looks like it has a similar goal
like the openstreetmap.org project.
At least you would share the same whole software stack.
