Subject: New Project : Geojazzy WMSTileCache

Hi,
I am the project manager of GeoJazzy WMSTileCache. 
This project is a JEE project.
The objective is to increase performance between a WMS Server and clients like
UDIG or openlayer by Caching in memory and on disk all commonly WMS request.
It is developped with JTS,openlayers and Geotools.

You offer the source code for download via sourceforge.net,
but i didn't find a license for the tool.

Whichever license you plan to use, the process involves adding two elements to
each source file of your program: a copyright notice (such as “Copyright 1999
Terry Jones”), and a statement of copying permission, saying that the program
is distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License (or the Lesser
GPL).

For example:

/*  
 * Copyright (c) 2008 by ...
 * Authors:
 * Whats MyName <whats@myname.com>
 * 
 * This program is free software under the GPL (>=v2)
 * Read the file COPYING coming with geojazzy for details.
 *
 */

You should also include a copy of the license itself somewhere in the
distribution of your program. All programs, whether they are released under the
GPL or LGPL, should include the text version of the GPL. In GNU programs the
license is usually in a file called COPYING.

SO I depose a new version of GeoJazzy (0.1) with a clearly license term
inside the war File and=20
Inside the svn Repository.

This license file is LGPL 3.0
