[Freegis-list] NCAR Graphics not available as free software right now

NCAR Graphics is not available under LGPL anymore.
Lawyers want to add a stronger copyleft to it, we have to see
with what they come up.

Because I believe it was downloadable for a short time under LGPL 
I left it in the freegis list for now with a note attached.

Did somebody by chance download a LGPL version of NCAR Graphics?
If so, please let us know and do not throw it away.
