since this hint is given on the FreeGIS list, I must add that
some InovaGIS utilities are indeed Free Software (MIT),
but necessary libraries are not.

Are there any plans to make InovaGIS Free Software or will it
stay non-free for at least the near future?
It would be nice to have a Free GIS Software working right
in middle of Microsoft tools :-)
