[Freegis-list] ANN: New C DGN Reading Library Available

Folks, 

I would like to announce the release of DGNLib 1.0.  DGNLib is a simple C
library for reading vector data from Microstation DGN files (also sometimes
known as ISFF format).  The library is release under an X style license.

The library has some limitations (currently read-only, 2D only, no raster
support), but should be useful to anyone wanting to extract vector data from
DGN files.  I would appreciate feedback, bug fixes, samples of files it
chokes on, and so on.  More complete information, a link to the source, and
