[Freegis-list] RPM for GPSMan 5.3.1 again

Some problems with the last version of th GPSMan-RPM have occured so 
I changee it and it should work now (I hope so).

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have problems while installing the 
package. As all the other packages you find it on
