[Freegis-list] 2 new document resources

Thanks to Felipe we have two further entries
in the document resources section:

Spatial Data Infrastructure Cookbook

		It is available online (Rev 1.0) and as pdf (Rev 1.1), both in english.
		Rev 1.1 as pdf is also available in Spanish (El Recetario IDE). 

Geopocessamento: Teoria e Aplicações 
http://www.dpi.inpe.br/gilberto/livro/
		Portuguese. GIS: Theory+and Applications. Consisting of three
		books: "Introduction to Geographic +Information Science", "Spatial
		Analysis of Geographic Data" and "Geographic +Databases"
		availalbe online. 

Please note, that we have added Spanish and Portuguese documents.
This is to say: other languages than English and German are welcome,
I just don't speak most of those :-)
