[Freegis-list] gpstrans 0.39

Hi Bernhard, Hi Freegis-members,

just to report that gpstrans version 0.39 is currently broken. 
I contacted the author, he explained to me that the code cleanup
introduced some nasty bugs. They will hopefully be corrected in the near
future, but until then one should use the old version 0.38.
