   The GISToolkitEditor is a sample application that is used to demonstrate
and verify the capabilities of the GISToolkit.  It illustrates how to read
data from a variety of data sources, perform some simple operations on that
data and then store it back into a data source.  The GISToolkitEditor can be
easilly and quickly expanded as the GISToolkit expands.
