Now I can deal with it, specially with databases and other stuff although i haven't done anything yet related with GIS, i'm planning to change to C++, because the posibilities are better. Which of those two languaje do you think are more profitable in the GIS field? If you can recommend another programming languaje, it will be welcome as well.

Yes, and you should.
http://www.rimbault.net/python/ it's a excellent starting point.
@ books section there, you can find
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1558514848/002-2570493-7046459,
which refers 'Internet programming with Python'.
waste another moment at
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0735710902/ref=pd_sbs_b_3/002-2570493-7046459
to 'Python Web Programming'.
So it's quite simple to fix a cgi-bin style programming gateway to your Apache web server (and others, I suppose), via mod-python.
But if you're interested in some other thing and you intentioned to invest more time in web programming you should look at
Zope, which is an excellent web development entirely written in Python. Explosive expandable through scripts and 3rd party
products.
You might have big and nice surprises. Look for it at www.zope.org.
Hope hear from you soon,
Dragos
