I approved this email for the list allthough it is German and has
no obvious relation to Free GIS Software.
As a background you should know that the tasks for this
open job will address the setup of a Free Software GIS solution
probably including GRASS, PostgeSQL, PostGIS etc.
allthough this is not mentioned in the official statement.
At least this is what I was told.
