[Freegis-list] JaGo Viewer for Oracle Spatial

hello,

there is a new release of the JaGo Viewer application available at
http://katla.giub.uni-bonn.de/jago/demo/welcome.html. 

The Viewer now supports reading and writing ESRI Shape Files, writing
GML2 as well as reading Oracle 8.1.7 and 9i databases with spatial
extension. maybe the Oracle access works with versions less than 8.1.7
but we haven't tested it [try other oracle-libraries than the ones you
download with the viewer, which can be downloaded from the oracle
technology network].
