[Freegis-list] Perl Module for converting data

Hi,

I'm looking for a Perl module to convert geographical position from
one unit to an other.

I want to use xrmap that understand position in th form 46.280,-6.3
and I have data in the form 46 32.3' N 3 45.1 W
