Thanks for the information.

From the abstract it looks like you will not address the problems
with the freedom to use, modify and redistribute software and geo data.
"Free Geodata Sources" seems to relate to price not to "free speech".

But freedom is the biggest problem with software and geo data that we face
and we need to educate people about it. Otherwise we would never
gotten Free Software like the GNU/Linux operating system or keep it.
