Gilberto,

thanks for addressing the questions, see my comments below.
Also I'm still missing the answer to the most interesting question
for this list:

	Is TerraView Free Software?

Subquestions of that question are:
	What license does come with?
Where can I get the source code (I don't
	understand http://www.dpi.inpe.br/terraview/comoobter.php)?
There seems to be a registration, why?

Because it is unclear at least to English readers
if TerraView is Free Software and downloading the source
is not easy enough I guess that lowers the chances
of people offering help.

That is good, because Qt on windows and other platforms
(like Mac OS) is unfree.

MFC and most Java libraries (like swing) are also non-free
so you can as well keep QT.

The Misc category gets all entries that we are not sure of yet
or do not directly fit into other categories.
From its description terralib is a library and does not have
a user frontend. It has important companions like the JTS in the
Misc category.

We are constantly trying to improve our categorisation
so we welcome your feedback about it and will consider it.

People who want to help us improving the FreeGIS side
on the details are additionally welcome to write to the
team at freegis.org list.

	Bernhard
