Hello,

  I need to hire someone who I could pay a reasonable fee to create a
simple VB utility:

  We need a small "utility" application, written in VB5 or VB6 that
reads a simple comma delimited text file every minute and saves the
data from this file into a ESRI shapefile that can be read into
ArcView.  The text file contains records, each record containing
fields for the Lat, Lon, and weather data at that site. For example:

SiteID, Lat, Lon, Temperature, Humidity, Wind

KEN,42.1613, -88.1383, 23, 87, 12
LGA,42.3476, -88.6390, 21, 61, 5
MAH,42.4093, -88.4783, 19, 84, 18

The user interface is not significant. Just a simple form with a
START button to start a timer that reads the text file every minute
and updates the point shape file.

We will need the source code for this program so that we can at a later
time integrate it into future applications.
