[Freegis-list] How to Read and Modifiy DWG or DXF files ?

Dear Freegis member,
 
 I want at first to thank you for your effort to make a very interessting informations on the web to the comunity ..!! Really to do a Very Good Jon.
 
 I am looking for a system or software or libreary to let me read and write DWG files (autocad files) (MAP FILES), and manipulate them... I didn't find a response  for my request on the web, so pehpas you have an idea about which softare let me do this...
 
 I want to manipulte those files and to  make an interface... Those files are map files..
