[Freegis-list] mapping coordinates.

To my suprise the maps look like they have been created with gmt.
I might have recommended gmt anyway. :)

If they are created by gmt, find out who did it.
Get the exact parameters and the data and your job should be fairly easy. 
The good documentation and tutorials of GMT will guide you through it.
