Inofficially I can point you to hoko.intevation.de .
In the CVS is code for the Ericsson Mobile Positioning Protocol.
 geoserver / geoserver / src / GeoServer / mpp30.py
 geoserver / geoserver / src / GeoServer / mpp11.py

The protocol documentation was available from Ericsson.
Maybe somewhere around from

Note the SDK offered there is proprietary.
