[freegis-list] WMS javascript client

I asked this question a few months ago. Here is what I found. In the
meantime, I found out that the USGS has one as well that they are
considering releasing as open source but as far as I know, that has
not happened yet.

This one is under the NCSA license

Note: this one is only for non-commercial use so it's not Free Software
