[Freegis-list] OGR S57 data displayed as S52

OGR can read S57 file format. This format has been standardised by the
International Hydrographic Office (IHO). This data display is also
standardised as IHO S52 and Presentation Library. 
 
One archived email (2001) refers to OGR and the S52 standard. As someone
already worked on this subject? 
 
I'm interested in reference to display code according to S52 standard,
and also display code of any vector data on top of OGR.
