Ist there any Knoppix-CD *) around for the fabulous UMN MapServer?

*) Mr. Knoppix is the 'inventor' of a self-bootable CD (typically from an
WIntel System) which contains Linux and other Open Source programs and I want
to get or make such a thing for UMN/MapServer!
