[Floating Point Sciencez]

Gentlemen (and ladies),

I am looking to develop a PC based (Win 2000) GPS application and I am 
looking for source code to do this, I am familiar with C (not C++) and I 
have some understanding of Visual Basic (can easily learn what I do not 
yet understand).  If you have source code that you would like to share I 
would be very grateful.

I would also appreciate some documentation of comments in the code so 
that I can understand what is happening.

I do not intend to use the completed application for commercial profit 
or application it is purely a personal interest.
