Woops,

Now I see that there are more complications and that Oracle spatial is
involved. This sounds like a great effort, but it will take even more
work to get the licensing issues figured out.

Dr. Camara it may help you to subdivide your work into several separate
libraries each of which ends up licensed separately according to your
wishes.
