[Freegis-list] OpenEV_FW 1.7.1 Release

Folks,

I have prepared a new OpenEV_FW release with current snapshots of various
packages from CVS.  The package is a binary build for Win32 systems.

   http://gdal.maptools.org/dl/openev/OpenEV_FW_171.zip

Includes the latest GDAL and OpenEV as well as a CVS build of MapServ.exe.
Includes full PROJ.4 with datum shifting, OGDI, several additional GDAL
drivers such as HDF, and JPEG2000.
