[Freegis-list] FreeGIS mentioned in Heise newsticker

Hi!

The well known german Heise newsticker has a link to FreeGIS.org in
the article http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/49149

A referer count for the last 1.5h showed more than 1400 hits which
originated from there, though the link isn't very prominent in the
article: "Freie Geodaten" just before the end.
