Hi!

Does anybody know of a no-cost or a low-cost software for semi-automatic
digitizing (Linux or Windows)? I mean that I pick a starting point on the
line (e.g. elevation contour on a scanned topo), then it is automatically
traced until it intersects with other line or ends and then I should be
allowed to tell it if/where to continue.
